Jiacai Printing and Dyeing R&D Center is a center that integrates laboratory and testing. The laboratory is responsible for the formulation of dyeing samples; The testing center is responsible for quality control, including testing various indicators of dyes and additives before production use, as well as testing the color fastness of small samples, testing the color fastness of bulk and semi-finished products, and testing the color fastness and physical properties of finished products.

At present, the laboratory uses fully automated equipment from dye preparation to titration, which can greatly reduce human error, and uses a versatile color testing machine to ensure temperature stability. In standard darkrooms, there are AATCC and ISO standard multi light source light boxes to meet customer needs for light sources. In conjunction with color testers, color control is maximized.

In terms of testing center equipment, there is a standard constant temperature and humidity chamber, and textiles are standardized before testing, including some mainstream testing equipment at home and abroad (such as soap washing machines, ISO shrinkage and drying machines, AATCC shrinkage and drying machines, sweat fastness ovens, sun drying machines, pure water machines, distilled water machines, swing machines, pH meters, friction fastness meters, JIS friction fastness meters, color tear meters, capillary effect testers, ironing sublimation color fastness meters, bullet breaking strength machines, universal strength machines, Martindale wear-resistant meters, standard multi light source light boxes, tens of thousands scale, etc.).

Sunroom, constant temperature and humidity room

The testing water is purified by pure water machines. Distillation by a distilled water machine meets the requirements of Grade III water and can perform physical performance tests on commonly used color fastness standards such as ISO, AATCC, JIS, GB, M&S at home and abroad, including tests on color fastness such as washing, water stains, sweat stains, seawater, friction, chlorine resistance, sun exposure, phenol yellowing, sublimation, color tearing, as well as shrinkage rate, appearance after washing, pilling, wear resistance, and bursting Testing of moisture wicking and various major tensile standards (such as ASTM D4964, M&S P14, P14A, BS 4952, EN14704-1, FZ/T70006, etc.).
